Scottish Ski and Snowboard X Championships 2012

Organised by the highly regarded Aberdeen Snowsports Club, the event is the only one of its kind to be held in the United Kingdom.
Competitors from all over the United Kingdom will race head to head in an adrenalin and action packed knockout race along a course consisting of man-made and natural rollers, jumps, kickers and banked turns, all at high speed.
Participation
Competition is open to skiers and snowboarders, male and female.
For Insurance, all competitors need to be members of a Snowsports Scotland Club. Membership can be purchased on the day for £8 Junior/Student, £12 Adult.
The minimum age for the event is 8 unless agreed by the organising committee.
There must be a minimum of 4 athletes in an age group to create an age group. If not, the athletes in the age group with less than 4 move up or down age groups until an age group is created.
All competitors must go through the registration process.
Registration
Online entry will close 8pm Thursday 12th April, the preregistration fee is £20. Registration on the day fee is £25 and will take place at the bottom Glenshee cafe at the Check In desk from 8.30- 9.30am. All payments including preregistered competitors should be made on the day at the check in desks. Payments must be made in cash. This amount covers both days of competition; this does not include lift passes which will need to be purchased on the day.
