AGM date change
The ASC AGM will be held on Saturday 26th September, 5-8pm.
There will be BBQ, fun competitions (freestyle, bumps, dual slalom) and of course the meeting. All members are encouraged to come along (and participate - well, at least have a burger...)
Ski mart date confirmed
Saturday 21st November, Harlaw Academy.
Social:
Club social! Sign up by Monday 3rd August. Louise has been busy organising the following for ASC members: Loch Insh, Friday 4th - Saturday 5th September. £25 B&B incl. 3 hours watersports on the Saturday morning. A great deal!! Families welcome.

Club journal
We would like to restart the club journal once more. If anyone would like to submit an article for it or help in any way e.g. production, recruiting some sponsors, please contact us.
Club history
A club history wall including a trophy cabinet is going to be created at Aberdeen Snowsports Centre - if anyone has old photos or suitable nostalgic material that you would like included, please let us know!
Grants
We are going to apply for a grant in order to buy some ski/snowboard equipment that will be available for hire at the Aberdeen Snowsports Centre for use on snow.
Team Aberdeen update
Team Aberdeen sent a team to its first competition at Hillend which came second!
And the one you've all been waiting for...Masters training at Garthdee!
The ideal excuse for those over-30s who are itching to get out their one-piece suits and show them off while sharpening their 80s techniques for a bit of fun masters racing!
Summer activities at the Aberdeen Snowsport Centre:
1) Ski and snowboard camps: for all standards of riders, various age groups. Contact the centre for more information (01224 810215).
2) Activity camps: Designed for children who want to take part in a funpacked week of full day activities including team games, arts projects, crafts, ski, board, tubing, trips to Satrosphere, Transition Extreme, cinema and Codona's!
Age: 6-12 years
Dates and Times:
Monday 13th July - Friday 17th July
Monday 27th July - Friday 31st July;
9am - 5pm. Further weeks maybe added subject to demand.

Club constitution
The club constitution has been amended to reflect the change of club name etc. It requires club members to vote in the changes at the AGM, so will be available shortly for comment.
