Skiing Guide Needed for Visually Impaired Skier

The British Disabled Ski Team are desperately searching for a guide for our Visually Impaired Skier Kelly Gallagher during December and January. They need someone that is available during that timeframe with no restrictions. They will have a break for Christmas and New Years. Scottish Primary Schools Christmas Dual Slalom
On Tuesday 13 December 2011 all skiers/boarders of primary school P6/7 age are invited to gather a few skiers and boarders from their school to enter a fun Scottish Primary Schools Christmas Dual Slalom Race at Firpark, Tillicoultry. The race is designed to offer young unseeded skiers the chance to try competing in a simple fun team race with their school mates. Teams of 4 boarders or skiers are invited.

Scottish Snowsports Festival
The Scottish Snowsports Festival has now been confirmed as taking place on 17 December 2011 on Princes Street, Edinburgh. This unique opportunity will allow Snowsport Scotland to showcase Snowsports to the public on one of the busiest shopping days of the year. Alongside Elite Freestyle and Cross-country invitational competitions there will be taster sessions in skiing and cross-country for anyone to come along and try.
